Hi Guys, I have a Toshiba Satellite Laptop full Windows 7 and an Acer Aspire Netbook full Windows 7. On the Netbook in Windows Explorer I see the option for 'show desktop' in the Favorites section by default. On my Toshiba I don't see it. I did add a quick launch to my start bar on the Toshiba and I can't drag the show desktop from it over to the favorites in Windows Explorer. I did find on this site the hot key 'windows + d' shows the desktop but I would like to put show desktop in my Favorites also. I just engaged in this crusade today so when I figure it out I'll post my solution.
The only destinations listed are; templates, favorites, libraies, homegroup, computer, WIN7C, and network. I have explored all those and can not find any 'desktop' Is Desktop not listed under Favorites on the left side of the Save as dialog box? Just click it.
